This is the list of software that I use and/or is installed on my Linux desktop systems. It is hopefully fairly comprehensive. The overall goal is to basically to reduce or eliminate daily use of the Windows equivalents. In many cases, this involves shifting to a self hosted tool.

Since there is a lot of variation on what applications are included in Linux distributions, some apps listed as built in may need to be loaded from the software installation application or manually with apt from the command line. In some cases, the installation process involves downloading an installation package or script.

Many applications are installed and run through Docker using Dockge or Dockhand. The complexity of fitting and application into the current stack system varies, but is usually pretty straight forward.
